literally the best thing I’ve ever read on AO3 - incredibly well researched, the amount of historical details I need in my newsie fics. The absolute most in depth, careful, full of heart and terrifyingly relatable and familiar characterization of Davey. Would sacrifice a kidney to read it again for the first time.
