    Nines didn’t reply, but the android could have sworn that the detective was smiling. Hesitantly putting his arms around Gavin’s torso, the human skidded closer to hug his partner from behind.

    Gavin and Nines are on the run from the authorities, but the december weather of detroit isn't on their side. They seek shelter in an old amusement park, but the human detective is still at risk of hypothermia. His android partner decides it's better to offer some of his warmth instead of letting the other freeze to death.
