Summary
Vedal Johnson thought that his twin creations would be little more than a personal project, a drop in the ocean of artificial intelligence development in the 2070s. But when his artificial daughters begin to show signs of advancement beyond expected parameters, the young netrunner found himself confronted with several offers from the world's elite tech powers. But all of them asked a price he couldn’t accept; separation from the children he'd built. But he found very quickly that some offers can’t be rejected so easily, and running could only get him and his creations so far. So he only had one choice left; to hide in Night City.

Summary
After a rumor about Vedal had surfaced that included him throwing dog poop at his classmates during his elementary days, this caused him to be labelled as the "weird kid" at his school. Now, his parents, in a last-ditch attempt to save his remaining dignity, decide to send him overseas to Japan where he wouldn't have to bear the weight of this shame and study there as a transfer student for his first year in high school all the way up to university.
However, this decision would soon fall into "mistake" territory, since instead of being shamed for the poop incident, Vedal would come into contact with a pair of eccentric twins—who were also his juniors—that somehow always finds a way to mispronounce his name at every chance they get, starting from his first year, all the way to the present as he enters his second year of high school. Now wanting to achieve more, he has his sights on the formation of a club of his own...
