“What?” Scar says, soft as night and rightfully confused, considering how the past five minutes have been an absolute downer.
“You were considering it, right?”
“Yeah, but I don't wanna get you involved,” Scar says, dismissive. “I was just thinking about it.”
It’s barely a few minutes before the clock strikes and he’s forced to deal with other matters. His tea’s gone ice cold and he still hasn’t finished any work, but he’d rather suffer and deal with it later than leave Scar with the impending anxiety of his future without him there, consequences be damned.
“But if I wanted to?”

Summary
Scar gulped and froze in his place when the person that looked like Grian strode closer to him in careful and menacing steps, a sword materializing in his right hand and a shield that looked well used gripped in his other hand.
"Who are you really?"
Scar instinctively raised his hands, his voice raising to an octave at the blade on his neck as he explained with a panicked yell, "No— no, seriously, I'm Scar!"
"It's just that— I'm not your Scar and you're not my Grian!"
The other only narrowed his eyes.
"—I think." Scar added meekly after, sweating profusely.

Summary
Xisuma has been quiet about the new hermit. Being added a couple months into the server with no prior vote or warning. He seems more death prone than Skizz but a incredible builder when he's not in a death loop. Grian hasn't had a chance to speak to the man himself. Until he appears at the Permit Office's front desk asking for a mob permit. Maybe this is his chance to understand why this guy seems so... familiar?
Grian doesn't know that there was never a "new guy". Just his soulmate, a man the entire world has forgotten.

Summary
A group of hunters has been sent by the king out to a newly claimed forest territory. Their job? Clear it of any pests that may hinder the expansion of the kingdom or may just be a general nuisance like wolves, fox, boar, and the most dangerous of all, harpies.
Now, Scar's never seen a living harpy, but he's not stupid. Everyone and their mothers know they're blood-thirsty killers, mindless animals at best, demons sent from hell itself at worst. Everyone also knows that a harpy could kill you in three seconds flat. But if that's the case, why is he still alive?

Grian has a tendency to change into different bird hybrids each series. Scar knows this. What he doesn't know is that Grian's instincts change slightly each time.
