Summary
Adjusting to Gotham hadn’t been easy, but after a few hard months in his new home, Peter could finally say that he created a feasible routine of fighting crime and working odd jobs. Sure, sleep was optional most days, money was tight, and relationships were nowhere near him—but that was something he had known even back in New York.
His well-earned balance is broken when two men walk into his part-time job, one of whom looks suspiciously like his deceased father, and turn his life upside down.
Now, Peter has to juggle his vigilante activities, his multiple jobs and his relation to the famous and—as he soon finds out—annoyingly persistent Wayne family.
What follows is a chaotic mess of paparazzi, stalkers, a tiny but murderous uncle, odd jobs (in every definition of the word), identity shenanigans and a troubling father-son-duo who don't know what to make of each other.

The Avengers are trying to hunt down Spider-Man and bring him in. Someone would think that this would be one of those Typical "The Avengers are hunting and picking on Spider-Man for no real good reason." type stories ...
Except.... After all of The Avengers Team get their butts handed to them, Thor goes back to Asgard to talk to his father, Odin because during the last round against Spider-Man the red and blue clad vigilante picked up and then used Mjönir and Thor has to ask Odin about what that could mean for Asgard since it's part of the rule of being able to lift Mjönir, that whoever can wield Mjönir is worthy to Rule Asgard.
Odin isn't very happy with Thor but not for reasons people would expect.
