When Ranma was hit in a head in the pond he wake up as a complete woman. In the original timeline after another hit in the head Ranma get back to normal and that was the end of the story.
In this timeline though the "Girl Ranma" wasn't happy seeing how everyone was treating her and was dead set on making sure that her male body will be gone forever. Now the "Real Ranma" needs to life with the consequences of the actions he didn't really commited but will still altered her whole life forever.

Izuku looked at himself and his classmate and began to wonder if he could really be the hero he thought he would be. One day he meets a strange woman and shares his worries with her. She listened to him and offered to help him become the person he always wanted to be. Although we should have been more specific about what he really wanted.

Summary
Akane had never seen a cat that was pink before. Akane, gently trying to remove the cat from the thorns, hoped it wasn't blood stains, and luckily it wasn't. The poor thing was small and shivering though, and there were clearly scars under that supernaturally pink, dirty fur. No collar either… Scared eyes as blue as clear skies looked up at Akane as she held it gently.
-------------Ranma gains an extra layer to his curse the first time around, having to grapple with fear and frequently boiling water. Akane doesn't think that's good for him.
