It’s a rather picturesque day. Bright sun, blue sky, a light breeze and big green trees that sway with the wind. It reminded Tommy of old childhood days, when it was too hot out to do much other than simply be outside when the air conditioner broke. On days like these, he often liked nothing more than some chalk to play with, Tubbo to keep him company, and a big glass of Kristin’s homemade watermelon lemonade that he would stab someone for without hesitation.
Lemonade. He wanted lemonade. He wanted it so bad he was ready to… do crimes until he got some.

Sonic shut up. That, naturally, lasted only about 3 seconds. “Wait, seriously?” He asked incredulously. Silver nodded. “Every day,” the younger confirmed.
This was, twice now within five minutes, about to be one of those times that Sonic’s brain simply didn’t keep up with his mouth—for better or worse.

Summary
After the manor is burned down, the survivors split off and make their own living.
Norton tries to settle. He has a child, a home, and a stable job.
His plans are thrown off when Orpheus, with no memories and the title of detective, shows up at his door. He talks with him, makes tea and thinks on their past relationship.
What he doesn’t expect when inviting the detective inside is for Nightmare to appear.

Summary
Gotham was built on a cave system. Batman has referenced a Bat Cave before. Tim is currently in the cave system. He is in the cave system that he entered from Drake Manor. Drake Manor is right next door to where Batman- The Bruce Wayne- lives. Holy Cavern, Batman! Tim had just accidentally wandered into the Bat Cave’s cave system.
OR
Tim, having found a weird hole after a storm, decides to go exploring ignoring the fact that This Is Gotham and They Probably Have Cursed Stuff Down There.
Luckily, it was just a cave system that spans the entire Gotham underground. Unluckily, Tim is a very curious child.

He spent some time on the streets, and now at 16, he makes a living as a fortune teller, stalking and hustling the shit out of Gotham's elite by telling them eerily accurate fortunes based on the information he gathers about them.
His life is peculiar but he wouldn't change a thing. When he gets booked for the big Wayne Halloween party, however, he finds himself getting all tangled up with the Waynes, and the more fortunes he tells, the tighter the snare becomes.or: Tim just wanted to scam Gotham's elite, not end up on the Batfamily's watchlist. But it seems they just won't leave him alone..

Tim Drake is thirteen, runs the famous BatWatch blog that has spiraled hilariously out of control, has absentee parents that suit his purposes just fine, is training himself to run the streets at night, and is doing absolutely peachy, thank you.
Alfred and Jason disagree, and get Dick and Bruce involved in figuring out their weird nextdoor neighbor kid’s life. Everything goes uphill from there.

Dick sags against the kitchen counter, spent and numb. He has no fight left in him. He’ll never be responsible for Tim and Jason being thrown in that system, separated and alone, starving, and… he flashes to what he's heard happens to boys alone in the system. That will never happen to Tim or Jason. He’s damn sure about that.
And if Dick has to take a few hits to keep them safe, so be it. He can do that. Easily. Happily.
Or, AU where Bruce Wayne isn't there when John & Mary Grayson plummet to their deaths. With no Bruce Wayne to take him in and the circus disbanded, Dick Grayson is thrown into the brutal reality of Gotham City's foster care system.
