it was odd to Jefferson that he hadn't seen Hamilton in the hall, it was weird that he wasn't talking for the whole block in his ear, but with the silence so nice and him and James Madison catching on notes, he forgot about it entirely, after all, this is Alexander Hamilton, he'll be fine.
