Summary
It is ironic in a way. The human child who so thoroughly derailed his plans twice before would also be the greatest ally twice over. There was an interesting balance to it. The enemy sympathizer placed obstacles in his path, and yet, the very same person helped push him over the obstructions.
Perhaps it was in her better nature. A fledgling part of her soul begging for salvation from the witch scourge. A lost child drowning in corruption. It's fitting that he, the only one who could know of what she is suffering through, would be the one to assist her. And in turn she would assist him.
