Summary
James hates seeing the way his parents struggle.
Grace and Levi Johnson were strong people but this economy has really hit everyone hard. He's afraid of what will become of their family. If given permission he'd have quit school and started working already. His concern turns to disappointment when the teen learns that apparently they have a rich uncle his mother refuses to contact for help. From what he can tell the man was cut off for a reason he can relate too. Guess they were right that... sexual deviance runs in the family.
Well... if she won't swallow her pride then James will and write his uncle himself.
Louis, who's desperate to have any of his family back in his life in any way, is glad to answer his letter. Lestat and Claudia are as supportive as they can be.
Note: In this canon Louis, Lestat, and Claudia family fell apart but they were able to actually get back to a healthy association. Well... healthy for them. No one so miserable they want to kill the others.
