Summary
Satoru knows his next words will get their attention. If this works, then maybe, just maybe, he’ll finally have Suguru to himself. He won’t be alone anymore, even if it’s at a steep, almost astronomical cost. Selfish and greedy, he admits, but that’s what Suguru gets for leaving him behind.
This is the best-case scenario. Suguru has to live, and Satoru will make sure of it. Because if Suguru dies, then what is he left with? Nothing but broken memories playing on repeat like an old record until they eventually fizzle out, leaving him to pick up the shattered pieces of his aged heart.
“After I transform him into an omega, I will mate him, marry him, and have him carry my pups,” Satoru announces.
Unable to find the courage to kill his best friend, Satoru decides a different course of action.

Nagi sat with his legs stretched out, one hand lazily resting on his thigh, the other splayed across Reo’s waist, fingers spread wide like he wanted to cover more of him.
Possessive bastard, he thought.
Reo leaned into it, shoulder nudged into Nagi’s side, head tilted toward him slightly, like he was tuned to a frequency only Nagi could emit. His mouth curved into a smile at something Nagi had said, soft and real. The kind of smile you didn’t even notice you were making.
