Summary
Gandalf needs help to retrieve a stone. Not just any stone, mind you, but one of power and light that will prevent Fangorn forest from shrivelling up, dying and throwing the whole of Middle Earth into unbalance.
Kraglil, and three more adventurous men, must travel across Middle Earth and get the stone back to where it belongs.
Unfortunately, the Elves of Mirkwood have the stone. They had never been fond of sharing. Or of Orcs.

Hux lay on his motel bed, smoking, with his eyes closed. He was enjoying the peace, until he sighed.
"Go away." Hux muttered, taking another drag and flicking the ash into an ash-tray he'd placed next to his pillow. Instead of answering, Kylo stripped off his cloak, tossing it carelessly onto the grubby floor, and dropped his head onto Hux's stomach. Causing Hux to grunt in discomfort before settling.

He stared at his, now changed, reflection. He looked like he normally did, angular features; with a thin nose and sharp cheek bones, hair, so blond it was almost white, was professionally cut and just as well styled, despite having styled it himself. However, there was now an addition to his portrait. On top of his head sat two fluffy cat ears, just as platinum blond as the rest of his hair, with a light pink inside that looked soft to the touch.
Perhaps making a random potion he'd found in the margin of a random library book had been a bad idea.

"So you're willing to force us into a bond neither of us would ever want, to risk literal insanity, just so you can get your precious peace?" Megatron says, voice filled with disbelief and disgust.
"It doesn't matter what I want," Optimus replies, ignoring the freezing ice creeping closer to his spark.
"And it doesn't matter what I want, either?" Megatron snarls at him.
"This isn't about us!" Optimus says, louder than intended. He berates himself for losing his composure when Megatron's lips curl into a smirk. "I am willing to do anything to keep Cybertron safe."
"Safe from me, you mean," Megatron says, gesturing towards the dark halls of the Nemesis outside of Optimus' prison cell.
"Yes.”
An arranged bond is a dangerous, loveless union in which one's death can have catastrophic consequences for the other. It's a trap with no way out.
It's also Optimus' only chance to end the war, so he proposes a deal Megatron is unable to refuse.

Tony Stark knows that forgiving the God and actually trusting him are two things that are genuinely laughable, only because they'll never happen. After the invasion of New York, Tony would have loved nothing more than to never see that pretentious God and his arrogant smirk ever again. Just knowing Loki was rotting away in chains far away on Asgard was good enough for him.
Apparently, though, it wasn't good enough for Odin.
But just because the devious God of Mischief now loomed beneath the roof of Avengers Tower, brooding miserably in his cell, didn't mean that Tony actually had to acknowledge him and talk to him, did it?
