“Come here often?” Jim asked, breaking the silence. Amused at the way Spock's eyebrow shot up, though he could feel Spock suppressing his mirrored amusement.
“I work here, Captain,” Spock said drily, intentionally ignoring the illogical human cliche.
“Oh it's ‘Captain’ right now, is it? I see.” Jim teased. “Now, Commander, it seems that we have the bridge to ourselves.”
“Indeed,” Spock leaned in, ever so slightly crowding into Jim’s space. Jim could feel himself swell at the deep timber of his voice, pants becoming tighter.
“Whatever shall we do?” he whispered, gently squeezing Spock's biceps.
“I believe, Jim, that you intended for us to have sex,” he purred.
Or; With Enterprise in for repairs. Jim and Spock have some time to themselves. They decided to spend it on the empty bridge and fulfill a couple fantasies until an interesting scan distracts them.

Summary
Julian doesn't think about it much these days. Why should he, when it's been so long?
But when he does, if he does, well—he considers it part and parcel of Garak, that's all. Disconcerting at first, a little invasive. Awfully close to a line but not quite crossing it, and leaving Julian with absolutely no idea what he's meant to do in response. Garak in microcosm, summarized in a single unexpected gesture.
(Or: Julian has always thought Garak just had a weird little habit. Until another Cardassian does the same thing to him, and seems to imbue the gesture with a meaning Julian really had not anticipated.)
