Summary
At Stull Maximum Security Prison, Castiel Novak was the monster under the bed that frightened all the other inmates, and lucky Dean, he got Castiel as a cellmate. But despite the rumors and admittedly murderous temper, Cas wasn’t such a bad guy, even if he was likely a sociopath. He was odd and funny and kind of sweet, at least when they were alone.
But Dean’s time in Stull was cut short, and somehow, he had to learn how to live a normal life, but he wasn’t sure he knew how anymore — especially without Cas.

Summary
Dean Winchester’s life is normal, thank you very much. Of course, there’s the fact that he’s treated a bit less like a human and more like a species that is sub-human, but his life is normal. There’s no incredibly hot mafioso true mate, no fighting with an unruly version of himself in his head intent on convincing him to give in to his instincts, no turf war between two nefarious groups that he somehow lands himself in the middle of, and most importantly, no confusion — until Sam lands him a job at Novak Bail Bonds, Incorporated, and suddenly there is, and Dean finds the rug being ripped out right beneath his feet.

Summary
“Ya know what”, Charlie interrupts his dark thoughts and pokes the tip of the mini-umbrella against Dean’s biceps, “Ya know what would really piss your dad off?” With sparkling eyes she leans forward and Dean, already really excited over whatever Charlie’s genius brain is gonna provide him with, does the same, until their foreheads nearly knock together.
“I think”, Charlie whispers conspiratorially, “you shou’d get married like right now. Prefra – perfe - no, preferably to a stripper or somethin’.” Again she giggles hard and Dean snorts out a laugh, too. Yeah, that would teach his dad. If he wants Dean to get married so badly, then he shouldn’t be surprised if Dean would get hitched to the first person he comes across in Vegas. That would teach him to keep his nose out of Dean’s dating life.
---
Dean's life is miserable. As the CEO of Winchester Estates he barely has time for something different than work and his father also annoys him to finally settle down. So Dean does what his father expects for him while he's on the yearly Vegas trip with Sam and Charlie: He asks the handsome barkeeper with the dark hair and the blue eyes if he wants to get married.
