Riko holds up a small bottle in triumph. “I would fuck you dry,” he says as he returns to the bed and climbs back over Kevin’s slightly trembling body, “but the sheets here are not black, and I do not wish to wash out any stains.”
This bed doesn’t even belong to him. “Nice of you,” Kevin manages, throat dry.
“I know.” Riko situates himself between Kevin’s legs, nudging them open until one falls over the side of the bed and the other is propped on Riko’s thigh. “I want to make you come again,” he says bluntly as he spreads a glob of lube over his fingers. Kevin jolts as he feels it probing his entrance, cold and firm, and he clenches before forcing himself to relax. He’s never bottomed before, but he knows it won’t be pleasant if he’s tense. “To be honest, I want to fuck you until you cannot come anymore, but we do not have time for that now, when your teammates could walk in on us at any moment.”

Unless you’ve been living under a rock lately, you’ve probably seen a video (or thirty) of the trend most recently sweeping the Internet by storm. Known colloquially as the “Trauma candy salad” trend, participants bring a candy of their choosing and dump it into a shared bowl while they share something traumatizing from their past. The videos can range from light-hearted and funny to downright concerning, but one recent viral iteration of the trend takes the cake: the Palmetto State Exy team has posted a version of their own to their sporadically active TikTok account, one that can only be described as bizarre. In the rare case you somehow haven’t seen the aptly-dubbed PR nightmare as it steadily continues to gain views, we have helpfully attached a full transcript below, as well as a link to the video itself (if the link doesn’t work, just assume it’s been taken down—we’re surprised it hasn’t been already!)

Summary
In front of him, Riko turns, disguising his motion as a simple chair adjustment. His eyes lock with Kevin’s and narrow in warning. Kevin inclines his head subtly to show he understands the message: don’t make me look bad.
As if he would ever do that.
It’s strange, not sharing a stand with Riko. The Maestro has paired them in every ensemble they’ve ever been in for the past decade. But Riko’s part is so different from Kevin’s that he has to have his own stand, front and center, where everyone can see him. He’s the main character of the piece; Kevin is just a backup dancer.
Kevin still hasn’t gotten used to not having his brother at his side. He finds himself glancing over during rehearsals, expecting to see Riko frowning at their shared score, and when he’s not where he’s supposed to be, Kevin’s cheeks flush, and he quickly looks away. It’s been an adjustment, one Kevin won’t miss when the performance is over and they’re moving onto auditions for the next concert.
Kevin and Riko play violin at Edgar Allen University. Riko is the best, Kevin second. People are starting to realize that might no longer be true.

Jeremy shrugs. “I think a nap would be a much more beneficial use of my time,” he says, but sighs and wrestles his body upright at Jean’s unimpressed expression. “Seriously, it’s like you’ve never experienced the healing powers of a nap before.”
“I have not,” Jean says, brow furrowing in that slightly confused look he gets whenever he or Cat or Laila mention something completely normal, like boba or the Fourth of July, that by all accounts Jean should know but doesn’t. “Naps were strictly prohibited in the Nest. We had a schedule to follow and couldn’t afford to waste time sleeping outside of allotted hours. It would mess with our sleep patterns and make us less efficient in practice.”
Jeremy learns Jean has never taken a nap before. He has some thoughts about this.
