“I promise.”
Beomgyu watched him go, trying to ignore the wistful pang in his heart. “Wait!” He called out.
“What…what’s your name?”
The boy smiled, revealing a dimple that shone brighter than any of the stars above. “Soobin. Choi Soobin.”

The one thing I’m supposed to be good at—I’m a singer, for god’s sake, and now I can’t even go five seconds in a song without getting voice-cracks and going off tune and now everyone’s schedule is messed up because I couldn’t fucking sing—“ he broke off again with a choked cough, his face instantly flushing in embarrassment.
“Beomgyu-ah, listen,” Yeonjun sighed, running a hand through his hair. “I can assure you, manager-nim doesn’t blame you. Our mentors don’t blame you. I will never blame you.”
