    Billy is grinning as he’s saying it, letting Harrington feel it against his mouth, pushed so close that they’re sharing the same breath. His hands are still on his hips, resting precariously on the hem of his jeans. The side of his thumbs brushes against the soft skin just by his hipbones like it’s an accident.
    Harrington's hand underneath his shirt, against the small of his back, twitches as he exhales in a rush.
