Summary
Morgan Rivera is a Ward. Bright, popular, and doing everything right. She had a good life, a good family, and a power she did her best to ignore. But powers don’t stay quiet forever. And some don’t fit neatly into boxes labeled ‘hero’ or ‘villain.’
The more Morgan learns about her abilities and leans into them, the more she becomes something else. Something neither she nor the world is ready to accept. Her body changes. Her mind adapts. Her sense of self slips through her fingers like sand. She wants to do good. She wants to protect people. But what does that mean when you’re not even sure you’re a person anymore?
The Chimera is a slowburn Worm canon divergence about identity, transformation, and the complicated politics of cape life. She was supposed to be a hero. She became something else instead. And she’s still changing.

Morgan Rivera is a member of the Wards ENE, an organization for minors who wish to use their superpowers for good. She's a native to Brockton Bay, a somewhat infamous city in the New England states area, which is known for its fairly high density of capes on all sides: good, neutral, evil, governmental, corporate and independent. Growing up in Brockton Bay is a challenge for anyone, with the presence of Neo-Nazi superheroes, cape-powered gangs, and murderous psychopaths both with and without powers. Joining the good guys seems like the logical thing to do: She goes to a good school, her family doesn't struggle with the poverty clutching the city, she's popular and the benefits are great. Life would be good, great even, if it weren't for one thorn in her side: her shape shifting power. She's versatile, adaptive, intelligent, good-looking and pretty damn good with PR. If only she could beat anyone remotely dangerous and get herself off her number one position on the "Worst Hero N.A." list.
This work is AU. Characters & events are not 1:1 with canon, although it does follow along Worm where able. This contains MAJOR spoilers to Worm.

Away from her friends, from the found family she can no longer relate to, and into a world that's utterly unfamiliar to her, one where the fantastical is so very mundane and even monsters can find a place to belong.
Lost and abandoned, she will find a home with a group of superpowered mercenaries as they struggle to find the truth of their origins. On the search, Sonnie might discover some truths of her own.

Summary
A girl with a parasite in her skull enters a tea shop run by a one-eyed Russian. She sits besides a woman who looks like a leper, and is descended from Alexander the Great (apparently). They are shortly joined by an irascible police officer and a faintly bewildered archaeologist. And then they start talking about another man who drinks fire.
The evening gradually becomes worse.
Crossover between Worm and multiple properties assembled into a hodgepodge, including Elden Ring, Cultist Simulator, Sekiro, and somehow Metal Gear.
