Set in S5 around the time of Out of My Mind. Riley’s had his surgery, but things between him and Buffy are still very shaky.

The noise came again. Vi blinked as she registered it this time — a moan. Was someone… moaning? Vi cocked her head and squinted at the bed. Cait was moving around, shifting under the covers now. Another, louder moan sounded, and Vi’s eyes widened as the covers lifted and were pulled back by a long, smooth arm. Cait was there, clad in silky lingerie pajamas, skin milky and flawless in the moonlight, body curled around… around some woman.
OR
Pit Fighter Vi sneaks into Caitlyn's room and finds her and Maddie having sex — and instead of leaving, she sticks around.
