Summary
Technoblade wakes up to his little brother standing at his doorway at 3am.
"Nightmare?"
Tommy nods. His eyes are filled with tears.
"Techno-" his voice trembles. "I dreamt I died," the ghost says, sounding every part like the kid he was when he skinned his knee at eight years old. Young and scared.
Technoblade feels his stomach lurch. He holds his tears back with everything he has.
Swallowing his grief down, he smiles lovingly at the young ghost.
"Well- Don't be silly. You're not. You're with me right now, aren't you? Technoblade never dies. And neither do you. You're here right now, with me, alive and well." He presses a kiss into Tommy's curls. It feels like love; it feels like an apology full of guilt.
Or, Tommy dreamt about dying and Techno is just trying to comfort the child that he's alive and well. Problem: Tommy is a ghost. And everything is not as simple as it seems it is.

Summary
Tommy was on his way to Snowchester when he walks by the Pandora's Vault and sees George standing at the entrance but unwilling to go in.
"There's someone I want to visit in there," George tells him, guilty yet defensive.
And so does Tommy. And it's not Dream but a certain ex-older brother of his: Technoblade.
The two sit down outside the walls of the prison and talk about the people they want to visit. (and they also talk shit about Dream)

Technoblade wakes up to Chat screaming at him like a bomb had gone off, and to two trespassers in his living room, one holding the raccoon to his chest and the other raising an unimpressed eyebrow at him.
In a flash, he stood up and had his dagger out to the nearest guy's throat.
Don't move," he warns the other accomplice, "or your friend gets his blood painted on my wall."
Or, Technoblade finds himself an injured raccoon and takes care of it. Said raccoon contacts it's family to come over to adopt Techno instead. Now Techno is one of them. Oh, and they're a family of magyk users. Chaos ensues.

Summary
After receiving a bitter goodbye note from Tommy, he hears the ping of an announcement.
Tommyinnit froze to death.

After calming down a guilty Phil, he goes out for a breather, but hears a child crying in the snow, alone.
The child looks up, and Techno sees the ghost of what is left of Tommy. For the first time in months of resentment, he feels guilt, and an empty void in his chest that used to fit the presence of his piece.
For all he sees in the ghost of Tommyinnit, he feels warmth and maybe affection amongst the other layers of ache.
And Tommy's ghost learns to find peace in what's left of this bitter world.

Summary
Dream has taken Michael hostage and had threatened to kill the child of Tubbo and Ranboo if Tommy does not surrender himself to Dream.
Tommy has no choice but to obey, but unbeknownst to him, Dream lied, and Michael was in no danger, having recently rescued by the Revengers and is under the protection of Technoblade.
Weirdly nice of Dream, he gives Tommy one last chance to meet up with Technoblade. Tommy writes him a letter and waits at the centre of L'Manberg's crater, to apologize and give Techno two items that holds a bond dear to him between them long ago.
So he waits.
And waits.
Like the fool he is.

Bruce gently sets down his gun, and picks up the blade beside him with practised ease. Jason's blood runs cold when the man wearing his father's face says, "You will die by my hand if you try."

Summary
The revival didn't work, and eventually, everyone had to accept that Tommy was truly and honestly gone.
His ghost lingers, though, so at least they have that. Even if he isn't anything like the boy before him.
Technoblade finds a letter buried deep within his bookshelf one day, written in the very same handwriting of the ghost that often lingers within his home. He shouldn't read it.
He does so anyway.
