Summary
Harlan Wade was dead and Armacham was dismantled. As far as Alma was concerned-- that was all she stuck around to achieve. But there were holes in her existence, things she was missing that she deserved a shot at experiencing. With her youngest son's fervent desire to keep the remaining members of his family together, she knew precisely where to begin.
But things were changing. Hatred always curdled to pain, at the end of the day. Good thing Alma was not unfamiliar with soldiering through terrible things.

Diablo 2 if Baal's +8 modifiers to cunning and wisdom post imprisonment gave him the insight into seeing how bad a fucking plan the Prime Evils had going on. And how really annoying it is that Marius went running off with his stupid soulstone like Diablo didn't spend AGES walking next to this guy traveling to Lut Gholein.
Like they literally didn't even get CLOSE. The only one who made any realistic impact on Sanctuary was Baal and he did it SINGLE-HANDEDLY. BRING BACK MY BOY HE'S CLEARLY THE ONLY ONE WITH A TRACK RECORD OF KICKING SANCTUARY'S ASS.
This is a different but similar story to 'All According to Plan' i guess.

Summary
I ain't finishing this one oops
Diablo's plan to bring Marius along works out better than expected. Marius is unable to escape in time, and the Lord of Destruction's soulstone shard ends up in the demon's hands from the start.
That means the Three's plans can get underway a whole lot faster. On the 'to do list':
- Capture Mount Areat and threaten to corrupt the Worldstone. (But don't actually DO IT)
- Unify the Forces of Hell under The Lord of Terror's banner, wrangle the Lesser Evils into submission, and form another big army.
- Lay siege against Heaven and rip The Archangel Inarius to shreds a few thousand times for fun.
- Stall. Stall like their victory depends on it.
But things never go as you plan, and though the Three *should* be working in tandem, brotherly spats happen from time to time... Oh, and the Archangel Tyreal is clearly willing to do whatever it takes to ruin their work, even break his own rules. That figures.

“The Stoat was a fool for trying to beguile the challenger with this talk of something beyond this cabin--appeal to their curiosity. Oh yes, the Scrybe of Beasts knew that all good and terrible things must come to an end one day-- his captives would pick at his plan, push against the strength of their cages, and ultimately lead the challenger astray.
Until then, however, his glorious reign continued.”
—
Until it didn’t. And now the Scrybe must mend whatever bridges he can. Considering P03’s attitude and Magnificus’… general demeanor, Grimora is the Scrybe to see. Of course, she has thoughts about all that.

Summary
Between working, creating death spawns, and keeping Lady Pawdington happy, there is plenty to keep balanced even within Fate's personal, immortal life. And during his incredibly, exhaustively long existence, he has learned two things:
1) Sticking to a strict schedule is the best way to keep things in order.
2) Cats are the embodiment of chaos.
On his quest to keep even these little things in balance, Fate gets served with plenty of difficult-to-chew realizations that can't just be resolved by pushing humanity off the cliff of the Great Dying.

… But being perfect is easy, once you get the hang of it. Carrying on after you fail? That’s the hard part.
This is a story about the first time Peridot fused. Well, this is a story about a lot of things happening to Peridot for the first time, but it's mostly about the fusion thing.
Things got messy afterwards. They - that is, Peridot and Lapis' fusion, which is sort of "they", right? - ran to Pearl for help, and Pearl found she might actually be the one who needs helping, and then everything kind of spiralled from there, but that's not important. Peridot and Lapis fused, and that's a good thing.
It is a good thing, right?

When the "strong" one falters, who is there to steady her?
Garnet hasn't forgiven Pearl. Despite both of their best efforts, she still can't. She's not as angry now, but her anger was only wrapping paper. Peeling it away lays bare the fear underneath.
Garnet can't forgive herself either; Whoever she is anymore. She can't trust anyone, but she can't deal with this alone.

Summary
Restorative justice seeks to forego traditional punitive systems in favor of cooperation, dialogue, and collective decision-making. Repairing the harm done is prioritized over retribution for the act. Victims have a voice, and offenders a chance to change.
