Basic premise centers on our protagonist receiving the Yin Kurama instead of the Yang Kurama as a baby. This leads to them having a less infinite pool of chakra and fewer physical enhancements, but much better, almost instinctive control of both form and nature, as well as eventually a less combative relationship with the Yin Kurama. Also Naruto is instead Naruko in this and raised by Tsunade so she’s a very different character by the time she graduates the academy. Additionally there will be a few big world building shifts, chief among them are no moon people, no reincarnations, and villages that have been around a bit longer than in canon.
