bookmark to be added but this is a tf fic of legendary caliber
okay finally time to rave about this fic MONTHS after initially bookmarking it. folks you are looking at a fic that literally made history. the transformers fandom AND canon are built largely by fans being put in a position of power and saying “what if…” and you can VERY MUCH see that happen here.
we have two characters. from entirely different continuities. one of which (rodimus) may not even EXIST in the other’s world (soundwave). and this incredible author smashed those together in a manner so skillful that i keep crawling back for rereads.
the plot? incredible. i need more.
the characters? well-written.
the character DEVELOPMENT? don’t even get me STARTED!!!this is a fic fully deserving of its popularity, something that consumed me for three days and three nights and then haunted my dreams for the next week and a half.
if you want a disgustingly sweet and heart-rending epic about love and morality then THIS IS THE FIC FOR YOU!!!
if you’ve never heard of this ship before, can’t imagine it, don’t even think it can work, THIS IS THE FIC FOR YOU!!! this ship EXISTS because of this fic, and the tf fandom is all the better for it.
