    Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne are officially married and the adoptive parents of five very active teenagers: Conner, 16, new to families and basic human interaction; Robin, 15, on his way to the Olympic Trials for the US Men’s Gymnastics Team; Jason, 14, a child star about to take on the biggest movie role of his career; Tim, 13, training to be more than a back-up hero; and Damian, 12, ready to step into his father’s work boots and cowl.

    With their time divided between Gotham and New York City, Clark and Bruce struggle to remain a sane, united front while drowning in the chaotic drama that is teenagers left to their own devices when Jason’s birth mother wants to become a permanent fixture in his life, Robin’s behavior becomes erratic after a celebration turns tragic, Tim fears the feelings he has for Conner, Conner doubts his acceptance into the family, and Talia Al Ghul threatens to visit.

    For some unions, love just isn’t enough to keep it all together. It’s Clark and Bruce against the world, but can they succeed, when it seems that even their own children are on the opposing side?

But what he found was something far more unexpected. A Kryptonian... or at least, what seemed like one. A newborn, tiny and vulnerable, crying helplessly, shaking him to his core.

    Bruce, exhausted after a long night battling the Riddler, returns to the Batcave hoping for some rest, only to be met with an unexpected sight: Superman sitting on the floor, cradling a crying infant. Normally, Bruce would keep his distance when it comes to children that aren’t his, but given the baby’s apparent Kryptonian origins, he can’t just walk away.
