After his advice to Muriel, his 10-year-old daughter, to fight back with a punch disastrously backfires, Crowley uproots their life in Edinburgh and moves to London for a fresh start. Crowley takes her to their library’s book reading, where she hopes to find a friend that shares her love of books. The stars grant nebulous wishes as Muriel makes a new friend and Crowley finds himself unexpectedly drawn to the gentle librarian, Aziraphale Phillips. Like the 3 stars of Alpha Centauri, the 3 of them find themselves in a synchronized orbit with one another, their lives beginning to revolve around each other. Crowley helps Aziraphale with his struggles with insomnia, Aziraphale helps Crowley with caretaking, and Muriel attempts to help them realize their feelings.
Muriel: “Do ducks have a bit of the stars in them too? If they do, I think they shine best in their funny beaks or their waddling cross feet.”
Aziraphale: “So, in short, your dad was agreeing that stars are more like people in that way. Some are related, and some are not.”
Crowley: “There’s a little bit of you scattered across the universe staring right back at you everytime you look at the stars.” Reach for the stars and you’ll find home.

Una cosa che ho scritto di notte, perché ho una tosse devastante e non riesco a dormire e si vede 🤣😵💫
Giuro che sono sicura che non accadrà uno scenario simile!
Semplicemente, durante il Inkoctober su Instagram, ho visto delle fan art stupende e il quarto giorno il tema era la morte e mi è capitato di vedere proprio una fan art stupenda su ciò che accade qui, Crowley che, disperato dalla perdita del suo angelo, commette un gesto estremo e Aziraphale che trova i suoi vestiti, nella disperazione più totale.
Non ricordo assolutamente l autrice di ciò, Shame of me, ma era una fan art talmente bella e straziante da avermi ispirato tutto ciò.
Ma state tranquilli, sappiamo tutti come andrà a finire, quindi fidatevi di me e non odiatemi proprio tanto🤣
Il titolo è una reference a Iris dei Goo goo dolls, canzone che adoro e tanto AziraCrow's coded!

Hedonism is a sin. This is a memoir of seemingly quite hedonistic things happening between an angel and a demon, both possessed of corporeal forms that crave, like all corporeal forms, to be tended-to. They do things together that feel good to the body, ease the mind's turbulence for a time, and provide release for both.
But pleasurable acts are not inherently hedonistic, unless they are committed outside of what love demands. That could be love for oneself, or love for another.
At the end of "The After-Hours Do," it is the summer of 1890 and Aziraphale has just spent a VERY hedonistic couple of years at the Portland Place Club. He has the above realisation regarding hedonism and sin...
Which is a relief, because in this piece, Aziraphale chronicles the 1890s as a "memoir of love" in his "Highly Confidential" journal. Wouldn't it be daunting to think it was all just sin?

Sappiamo tutti il perché Aziraphale è tornato in Paradiso, paradossalmente lo sa pure Crowley, mica è scemo.
Ma questo non gli toglie il divertimento di sfottere un po' il suo angelo😬😂
Quindi, nulla di serio, Crowley e Aziraphale sono finalmente nel loro cottage, liberi, innamoratissimi e felici, intenti a ballare un lento, tra uno sfottò e l altro e soprattutto tantissimo amore, quello che li lega da sempre!
