The apocalypse has already been canceled.
Twice.
And yet, the threat of the Precursors and the kaiju remain as real as ever. In the wake of the Uprising, with even Jaegers struggling to fight back against the new wave of monsters breaking into their world, Viktor, a PPDC scientist, resorts to desperate measures in an attempt to help turn the tide of the war. Reluctantly, he calls for help from his old partner, Jayce Talis - but picking up where they left off isn't so easy with years of hurt and distance between them, and Viktor's newest experiments are...questionable, to say the least. With the world breaking all around them, they both have to navigate the line between fighting monsters and becoming them.

Crystal Palace fled the Jaeger Program after the death of her partner and now scratches out a living hauling stolen parts for illegal mech cage-fights in exchange for cash and the odd ration card. She’s satisfied with the grubby anonymity of her new life, until a face from the past arrives to pull her back into a jaeger.
Niko Sasaki was never supposed to be a jaeger pilot. After the death of her family in a kaiju attack, her guardian moulded her for command: the Jaeger Program is her inheritance. However, in a dying world, plans change, and Niko finds herself preparing to step into battle with the girl whose heart she broke.

Legendary ex-pilot Commander Greg Davies has been transferred to the Two Thrones Shatterdome as the new drillmaster, and finds a base on the brink of utter defeat. It would take more than a miracle - more than a broken man haunted by his past, a ragtag band of resentful pilots, and more than the secretive scientist who just won't leave Greg alone.

Prowl could have also been having a much better day. (43.8%.)Overall, his day was approaching ‘not great.’
You could make a case for said ‘not great’-ness starting when he first accidentally warped into an experimental Quintesson weapons base with violently angry little foot soldiers that seemed to have a love for biting at anything they could reach, but Prowl really considered it starting when the unfamiliar mech limped at unsafe speeds into the desecrated room with him.

Dick brushes Donna’s hair off her shoulder. Donna laughs at something he says. In Roy’s mind, there’s – a brighter, glowing color that seems to coalesce around them. Maybe it’s a bubble. Maybe it’s a halo.

Basically a lot of content has appeared on this AU and I am loving every second of it! I couldn't help myself but write this short story here and a few more ideas in the future. I don't usually write Transformers but I want to put my idea into words. Some chapters and characters will be connected but it will mostly be different ideas bundled together without that much overarching plot or a consistent timeline. Almost every chapter could be read as a stand-alone.(I lied, to you and myself. There is some plot now in some chapters. I put way too much connection and references to not be connected. I still plan to write different ideas and alternative scenarios, but yeah, the plot bunnies are spreading.)

He and Humin are barely Drift compatible.
