"...My pills, MG." Nam-gyu's voice drops lower, barely above a whisper, as that cheeky smile makes its way back on his face. "You need them, don't you? You need me."
Myung-gi swallows hard in response, yet doesn't back down. He can't — because that would mean letting Nam-gyu win, and that's something he's simply not willing to do.
"You know what? One can't hurt, right?"
But Myung-gi sees the way Nam-gyu's face morphs into an even deeper, uglier smile. It yells at him to push the man away, to run, to do anything. But Myung-gi doesn't listen; he can't.
"Here then, for you—"
Myung-gi's eyes widen as he watches Nam-gyu raise his fingers all the way up to his mouth, only to drop the singular pill on top of his tongue.
Fuck. He really needs that pill.

Worker 007 doesn’t exactly hate the hierarchy. At least he’s able to do something.
He’s on cleanup duty today and the fourth game just ended. The others took the bodies so he has to clean half of the lower floor. As he takes a hose he sees the blood seems almost…fleshy? He takes a mop and pokes it and he feels an umbilical cord.
“What the fu–”
Soldier 009 isn’t happy being the whole middle ground of the pink guards, being below the squares but above the circles.
He and soldier 017 stand at the dorm door when the druggie chick(?) yells at them. When the player doesn’t comply, he throws her(?) to the ground. But then he hears a cry, and he’s sure that he and 017 share one thought.
“Are they deadass right now?”
Manager 004 has worked here for quite a bit, and he’s climbed up the hierarchy. He’s tasked by the Frontman himself. He even drove the man in their limo. It’s probably because he’s easily able to order around the circles and triangles.
He sits at acomputer desk. So few players remain. But one looks a little different. Then he looks closer and almost accidentally erases the footage from how his hand falls onto the controls.
“Is that a goddamn baby?”

After Hide & Seek ends, the players vote to end the game. Months later, freshly-out-of-jail Myung-gi must find out how to move on with his life—with no prize, no place to stay, and a strange attachment to Nam-gyu, of all people.
