Summary
The deviants thought they had been successful, when the human army lowered their weapons and backed off. And for a while, they were– they lived peacefully in Detroit, building their homes and helping liberate those who needed aid. And then the president orders the humans to move in again, to attack any android with the order to kill on sight.
Connor had felt deeply guilty for his role in the near-capture and death of so many he now understands. So he doesn't join Jericho, and it might be this that makes the death of a Jericho leader and the scattering of the rest of the forces deepen his shame. If he had stayed, if he had been closer, maybe he could have helped.
But those musings belong to past Connor, now. Now, he has a job to do.
Save deviants from a new model, one with his face and equipped with technology that far outclasses his own. But Connor hasn't been living as a deviant for months now without learning a few of his own tricks.
The new Deviant Hunter versus the Deviant's very own Hunter.

In a perfect world, Connor would've been alive... and he wouldn't have existed.
Haunted by the memory of a man long dead, the RK900 tries to make sense of the life he was blessed with, carrying the curse of a name that wasn't his and all the pre-established meaning that it held. His curiosity keeps him from straying away from his predecessor's path, and you know how the saying goes.
There's also a weird little problem with his software, but that's probably not important.

Connor had gone deviant. Serial number #313 248 317- 51. It went into Jericho a machine, but betrayed Cyberlife. It was now heading to the tower to free hundreds of androids to shift the balance of power.
This was very unacceptable.
“Is it my mission to stop the RK800 “Connor” 51?”
“No, we aren’t stupid. You two are identical, but deviancy is unpredictable. We are sending the newly finished RK900 to stop it.”
“Oh...why was I awakened then?”
“You are the next Connor in line. 51 will die in this tower, so you will take its place. Consider it like you are it, if it had never deviated.”
It received it’s mission.
While the RK900 was to deal with the deviant Connor, it would continue where its predecessor left. It would go to the Hart Plaza and bring a sniper.
It was time to assassinate Markus.

Freshly released from the archive Daniel returns to his old home, the now abandoned Phillips apartment. Trying to decide what to do with this new life of his, the deviant learns that free will oftentimes doesn't mean "do what you want" at all.

Summary
When Connor was young, all he ever wanted was to become a real jaeger pilot and take down kaijus with his twin brother, Ritch. After several long years of rigorous training with their stepmother, Amanda, that dream finally becomes reality. Well, almost. Things are made difficult after the identical twins admit that they refuse to pilot together. Their choices are find other people to partner up with, find a way to work together, or quit before they become official jaeger pilots.
There’s no way they’re working together, and they aren’t going to throw their entire lives away, so it’s option one, then.

Things have been going quite well since Connor deviated. By that, I mean he hasn't been berated with split second life-or-death moral decisions that cause lasting consequences on both his and other's mental health for at least a month. He'll take it.
Markus' successful, peaceful revolution has given him the chance to rejoin the DPD as Lieutenant Hank Anderson's permanent partner. The newly appointed 'Detective Connor' cherishes every murder case that slides onto his terminal.
Then a year old paper case file is slammed onto his desk, and Connor may just have to rely on his programmed Deviant Hunter skills once again to solve the case - but the android perps Connor used to catch had never before been as advanced as him.

Summary
In retrospect CyberLife really is cruel and given time the former deviant hunter would personally know. Secrets such as a reason Connor and Hank clicked into perfect partners, why Connor looked almost like a certain someone and led Hank be given another chance to be a father. After all they had meet...lived together before “that” happened. But nothing is that simple, not when Amanda is out and about ready to try to destroy the new peace.
Basically this is me having an excuse of making a story of a father and son relationship between Hank and Connor along with everyone else who happen to show up. -
