In which Heir Potter-Black survives living with the Marauders' big brother, outlives the curse-happy Lord Black, and finds a home at the heart of the icy Malfoy Family, only to be noticed by one presumed-dead Dark Lord... who turns out to be a cousin on his mother's side. Sure, why not. Vega's not the kind of person to look a maybe-gift horse in the mouth, might as well use this to aid his own dreams of power.
The plan for this fic follows Vega as he grows up, through each year of Hogwarts, and into his years in the Dark Lord's service.
