The hysterical laughter stole every coherent thought from Buck and crawled into his bones; his heart thudded and he stared at the doll in disbelief. Then, as suddenly as it had started, the laughter stopped; leaving an eerie silence. Buck stood frozen, his thoughts like thick mud, staring at that stupid doll.
He completely missed the huge hole in the wall above the tub. He missed the shadow standing there, watching him from behind the hole with cold eyes and a malicious smile. -

There's no question Buck is going to donate, it's the least he can do but when he gets a call from a doctor following that donation, he keeps it to himself. Besides, something weird is going on with Bobby and Chim, he doesn't want to bother anyone.

Summary
Bobby had spent his life waiting to die. Suffocated by guilt and the weight of his career, he had always imagined his death as a quiet moment—perhaps not a happy one, but at least peaceful.
Things didn’t turn out that way. Now Bobby finds himself dying after a call goes wrong, and all it does is make him feel worse. But maybe it’s not that simple. Bobby needs to decide how he truly feels about it—and what he wants to do next.

Bobby woke up, slowly, surely. Blearily. He was confused more than not, because why was he awake if he was dead? Surely he couldn’t have survived that, he had passed out, he was bleeding from his nose, surely.
He had no clue where he was, but he knew he was somewhere in some, weird ass room. At least the bed was comfortable though, that's what he noticed. But he didn’t know where he was. His arm was slightly sore, like he had gotten poked there with some needle earlier, maybe he had gotten the cure and they had saved him.
