When humanity had far forgotten the barely-averted seventh trumpet, high above the ground, what once were horrific monsters that should not have ever seen the light of day now become weird creatures to poke for people's amusement. Old World exploration is a fast-track to fame, be it from discovering the past or disappearing into it.
And now there's four teenagers going down there armed with two flashlights, a camera, and a taser. That's probably fine.
