Summary
In the unkind year of 1930, when similairly desecrated corpses begin to drop on the streets of mobius like house flies on windowsills, detective Shadow the hedgehog is lunged head first into the case by his manager.
On the scene of the crime he meets one of the stations police wardens, and a heavily irritating journalist.
With the push of a close friend, the journalist known as Sonic the hedgehog invites himself to the investigation, throwing himself to hook arms with Shadow until they find their culprit,
On the streets of mobius a lust for blood lays, so far away or so beneath Shadows nose, hes not sure, but he'll keep the streets safe. He knows he will, he always will. But with a stubborn journalist hes thrown deeper into the harsh web that is mobius until the wretched truth takes shape.
Or rather, what shapes you? What makes us the people we are? Is it our intentions? Our thoughts? Our deeds or our words? What if you do something you dont intend? What if youre driven by emotion you cant name? What if your body is against you, what if you hear what you dont want to? What if you see what isnt there? What if you say what no one else can say?
