Sera wakes up and gets into a verbal fight with a cat.All these events are connected.
These girls have saved the digital world from annihilation facing loss and trials and grave dangers and now have returned home with their partners in tow hopefully to have some time to rest and recover.
Unfortunately the Digital world is once again in danger. Digimon are arriving in the form of ghosts causing all sorts of chaos and mayhem. Hell and Heaven are in a state of heightened tension as well as being in danger.
So it's up to Charlie, Lute, Emily and Odette to save the day....again.Here's hoping they succeed.

Because all it took was a pre-emptive strike, a catalyst to change fate's trajectory and herald a new age in the Digital World.

Despite missing them, time continued at it's usual pace and them resumed normal lives.
