Mistakes and choices were made in the past and future, and now there are Four Warriors of Light who could all easily take center stage and be the hero. However, one does appear to shine brighter than the others, perhaps that's whom the story is meant for?
Even then, having FOUR Warriors of Light can't be a bad thing, right? The established timeline won't change that much...

Summary
It’s been four years since Jayce and Viktor first became lab partners and developed Hextech together, and the closer they get to the opening of the Hexgates, the more Jayce starts to realise something is up with Viktor. He believes it’s due to the politics that their latest creation is veering him into, but Caitlyn has another theory on why Viktor gets cagey every time Councillor Medarda calls Jayce away from the lab to attend a meeting with her. Scrutinising Viktor to see if there is any merit to the theory leads to some unexpected revelations for Jayce.

“That is tomorrow’s concern, which I will treat with utmost seriousness and urgency,” Halbrand vowed. “But what of tonight?” He asked in a low voice, his lips hovering just above hers.
Galadriel could hardly breathe. And could think of no more excuses to not reach for what her heart greatly desired.

Doom the dark ages has consumed my brain for over a week. 90% is doomguy lust (bro does NOT need to be that hot oh my god) and the other 10% is sad :(
I don't want to get into specifics in the tags or summary, but I mention more in the beginning notes.
I wanted to add a bit of extra angst to a cutscene near the end of the game. The lack of a doomguy reaction really bothered me and I blasted this out REAL fast. Imma make that beautiful middle aged man real sad.
