Tomura likes his smile and hugs, which are gentle even when he is damaged as he is; the boy is a brilliant healer and wants to keep him, to make him his to take all, because he is a selfish villain.
Dabi loves his little brother, his parents thought it was wrong, but Touya was never able to avoid the love he feels. Just as he loved his father, he loved his Natsu, to his new student.
Villains like to pick up cute puppies in need of affection, and not let them go. There are no apologies from demons.

He did not want to share the sweetness and kindness of his Natsu, because he was his own. Likewise, when they start leaving dead rodents on his pillow and fluffy blankets on his futon, he happily begins to reciprocate.

If they’re asking for more then it’s not good enough. He kicks his mace up and points the laser at their feet, watching them scatter before the blast lands. The recoil shoots up his arm like there’s a vein reserved just for that.
Good is when they explode next to the Order. He’s not in charge of the bombs, which sounds like a boring way to die.
Gaku finally finishes his first runthrough, but there's no NG+. Only thing left to do is clean up some past savefiles.
