“What are you thinking?”
Simon's murmured question snapped Wille out of their reverie.
Their face warmed as Simon reached out to softly trace the pad of his thumb over Wille’s cheekbone, across their jaw to their mouth, softly tracing the dip in their upper lip before swiping over the lower lip just as slowly. The only thing that made Wille feel less embarrassed about the harsh, shaky breath that left their body was the fact that Simon's finger was trembling against them.
“You're gorgeous,” Wille answered honestly, looking up into Simon's dark, fathomless eyes, trying to decipher what thoughts lay behind them.

Summary
Love, apparently, comes at the most unexpected moments and in the most random places. Wille agrees with that. He did not expect to meet the love of his life online, but the moment his eyes landed on Simon through the screen, it was like he knew that it was going to be something special, something extraordinary...
What he did not know then, was the distance between them, the differences, the troubles they were going to face in order to be together in the way they wanted to.
But another thing that he does know, is that Simon is worth it and that they are in this together, both of them willing to put themselves through all of the obstacles if it means they get their happy ending.

“Hi! You can take any free table you want and I'll be there to take your order in a moment,” A soft voice with a diminutive Spanish accent dragged Wilhelm out of his thoughts. He dragged his eyes off one of the tables to the waiter. He was wearing an obviously oversized, black uniform t-shirt tucked into a pair of brown jeans. Wasn’t brown and black like a fashion crime? He had a few dark curls draped over his forehead but the rest of his hair was tied up to neat space buns, it looked pretty.
Wilhelm smiled in response, giving him a slight nod of acknowledgement and making his way to one of the tables.

He was also pretty confident Wille wouldn't take it the wrong way: he knew Simon was gay, and he himself didn't want to put a label on his sexual orientation. So no weird "no homo" moment with him. Most likely scenario, he would laugh it off, or blush furiously and rant about how Simon is perfect and all, but not like this-

His family in Stockholm had already planned his career, and it didn't include a fling in New York. But roles in nordic noir films and huge success in Scandinavia, maybe Europe.
With the unexpected death of Erik, Wille returns to Stockholm. And Wilhelm's and Simon's plans for the future are forgotten. After three years without contact, they meet again.
Now they are both working on a major film project: Wille and Simon are playing the two leading roles in the remake of Brokeback Mountain. If they don't want to be responsible for the failure of the film, they have to find a way to get along and convincingly play two longing lovers.
