Matt wouldn't say he was enjoying life as such. The monotony of the Mii Apartments and having to contend with the Sportsmates had sucked what little enjoyment he got out of his already boring life.
So whilst he didn't appreciate being thrown into a classroom with a femboy and a weird space bean to be part of a killing game, it at least would make for a nice change of pace.
His objective is clear. Survive at all costs. Which is harder than thought when a good deal of the other kidnapees also want you dead.
But hey, could be worse, right?

You'll never forget the look in her eyes- her voice going low and saying "You do look good with lipstick on"- before going back in for another hungry kiss. Hunger- that's how you would describe Vanessa. She hungers so deeply- for someone, for you, to be there. To always be there.
You walk up to her, wrap your arms around her shoulders. You feel her strong vice grip wrap around your waist. And you kiss, like your life depends on it.
It does, you hate to admit.
But you'll kill yourself before resigning yourself or your family to that fate.
You wrap your arms and throw her to the ground. She looks up at you, as you stand over her.

Looking at their doppelgangers from another universe is like looking in a funhouse mirror that shows worst fears you didn't even know you had. At least for Perry.
Before today, he would've proudly proclaimed there is absolutely no version of him that would fall into a love so blind, he'd burn entire dimensions down. Before today, he would have insisted he isn't in love at all, period. But it turns out he's a fucking idiot when it comes to owning up to himself.
Objective number one, then, is "survive this goddamn hellride and save one dimension (maybe two)." Objective number two is "live long enough to tell that goofy, brilliant bastard you want to suck his dick (maybe kiss him a little (or even fall in love a little bit))." Luckily, aside from himself, very few things in this world--or any other--can get in Perry's way.
