bruce got batman, and then there’s marc, steven, jake, and moon knight—- both having shared themes of justice and the night AHHH YES!!!
Bruce manages a weak, “Khonshu healed me? Why?”
Eyes on the statue, Marc sighs. After a long moment, he answers, “You bring justice to those who travel by night,” and takes the bowls with him into the other room.
Bruce sits a while with Khonshu, watching the shaft of moonlight move across the floor, away from him.

Alfred reaches over and pulls the receipt off of the bag. “M. Spector,” he reads, and Bruce sighs. He opens the soups. It’s chicken noodle, the broth thick and rich, and it smells so good his stomach growls audibly.Alfred hums thoughtfully. “From what you’ve said, Mr. Spector doesn’t seem like the sort to send anyone soup.”
“He’s not,” Bruce says, certain of it. “Steven sent it.”
Alfred is back to tapping on his tablet, but he’s got a little smile on his face and Bruce is deeply annoyed. “So which one are you dating, exactly?”
Bruce tries to come up with an answer for that, thinks about murderers giftwrapped under crescent moons. Sharp white teeth and cigarette smoke. The smell of old books. Stay out of it. His throat feels a little raw as he manages a grudging, “All of them, I think?”
“Well you never have done anything by halves,” Alfred remarks, shamelessly stealing one of his breadsticks.
Bruce eats his soup.

The other seats feature passengers in a sparkly green suit and wizard hat, a full set of Mets gear complete with face paint, and what looks like a homemade Spider-Man costume. And that's just this one car!
Even talking to themselves, Team Moon Knight would have to work to stand out here. (Fuck, Jake loves this city.)

Summary
In the TV show season 1 we don't learn much about Jake Lockley. We know he's working (probably enjoying working) as Moon Knight and has less of a problem killing people than the others, that's about it.
So from there my imagination went WILD. I came up with different interpretations of that character and started writing stories around them.
1) The Chameleon (and the sequel: The biggest liar): Here Jake is actually a big softie inside but with huge social anxiety, where every time he has to talk to someone, out comes threats and insults like word-vomit. He really just wants to be part of the system but he's afraid Marc and Steven will reject him for all the blood on his hands.
2) Why I'm here: Here Jake is like a more fun-loving version of Marc, who actually has no idea Steven exists and thinks he and marc are partners, not realizing Marc has no idea Jake exists. He's pretty much incapable of feeling guilt about the people he kills because they all deserve it anyway, Jake's not doing anything wrong.
3) Work in progress, not up yet: Every single memory Jake has is full of pain, getting beaten up and people trying to kill him. He thinks Marc is doing it on purpose and he hates him for it.- Words:

Chp 1: Marc and Steven meeting Jake, some manipulative Khonshu
Chp 2: Layla helping them with a bad switch day
Chp 3: Moon system getting closure with their father, Layla providing emotional support
Chp 4: The moon system just wants to spend time with Layla, but Taweret has a mission for them. But something happens and they actually get what they wanted? Nice.
Chp 5: Things are still new and a bit rocky a few months after Cairo. A misunderstanding lead to an argument between Layla and Marc, causing him to get triggered badly. Jake shares a light of insight, and a new form of understanding settles between the system and Layla.
Chp 6: A mission to NYC leads to the moon system meeting the Avengers?! Things take a turn as misunderstandings occur
