Summary
The story starts before the first movie, and Characters are a bit out of character and in different situations as are the rules of the Alternate Universe has changed quite a bit.
This is a story about two mates, Alpha Dominic Toretto and Omega Brian O'Connor. For years they've been pen pals, separated by distance and situations. When someone, and/or something decides to intervene bringing them together, one needs to escape Miami while the other needs to protect his pack in LA. But, neither can do it alone, will they survive a potential clash between packs coming their way? Will Brian escape his past and find a brighter future with a man he's been in love with for years? Will the rest of the Toretto clan accept their new addition? And will any of them survive an organization at the center of a potential war?

A different take on The Fast and the Furious, where-- political correctness disallows the word werewolf-- lycanthropic individuals are known, discriminated against and don’t always end up bad. Right?
Let’s be honest, this is just another tFatF AU. I wrote this for my own amusement, but maybe somebody else will enjoy it, too.

But there's also another investigation going on behind the scenes, operated by two familiar FBI agents who make a few minor appearances. It's not EXACTLY a strong crossover story. Mostly I used every character from other fandoms to inspire me to keep going. This story was on another site for a few years but now it's not. That's it. Complete! Woo!

He was asked to keep an eye out in the car scene, to see what big group was committing these crimes to these truckers. Undercover Police Officer Brian O’Conner was an oddity among UC operatives.
And for a simple, but also complex reason:
The best UCs were rootless.
They had no ties, no responsibilities or connections outside of their work to bog them down or trouble their minds during an operation.
The best UCs could let everything else go and sink into their roles for however long was required to take down their targets.
Of course, this also had a side-effect of risking the best UCs to going “native” or sinking so far into their roles that they turn from excellent officers of the law into the most frustrating criminals to catch as they end up creating the bonds that they lack outside of the job with the same targets they’re supposed to be spying on and gathering evidence to lock away.
Brian O’Conner was an oddity in that not only was he one of the best UCs in the Los Angeles Police Department’s stable of officers, but he also had not only ties to life outside his work but potentially the strongest ones around:
Brian O’Conner was soulmarked.
And not merely once but five times.
