Basically as the name states Seiichirou is actually evil, but he’s not outwardly, he keeps it hidden, only being a few times he does a evil act in public, Takehisa is still he’s right hand man.
Seiichirou acts more like a manipulator villain than a stereotypical delinquent, he uses the “don’t judge a book by its cover” as a scapegoat, as nobody can link him to any crime he commits inside or outside.

Reigen searched with his eyes for a few moments, until he noticed the boy's figure. He stared at him for a long minute, and thought, "He doesn't look like much trouble."
However, while he was just thinking about it, Kitano seemed to notice that there was someone watching him and looked up. Reigen felt fear ripple through his entire body at the boy's hideous face, looking away almost instantly.
"IT'S A DEMON, AND A GREAT DEMON, WITHOUT A DOUBT!!" Reigen thought, panicked. "I need to call Mob...."

Okay, so, I saw this post by Misscrazyfangril321 (very interesting username I agree), and the basic premise was that you write down 20 characters you love, and then you arrange them into five groups and depending on these groups you get to write them into a scenario and I fell in love on the spot. So here it is!
