He'd do it himself, but he's a giant robot truck, so he can't exactly walk up to the guy at the impound lot and hand over his license and registration, and unfortunately she's the only human he knows that he doesn't think will immediately turn him over to the other giant robot trucks (and cars, and motorcycles, etc.).

Basically what happens is the Decpticons wake up as humans by the power of prime, I made some edits, they woke up in an illegal dump where a recycling’ company has been dumping trash, Soon they leave the dump and enter the forest and come across Tommy and his hobbit hill, what trouble will they run into? ;)
