Summary
“Sit down. Also, please remove the plate from the air.” Merlin does as he’s told—for once—and sit’s in the chair next to Arthur’s, who of which is sitting at the head of the table like normal.
“So, you’re a…”
“A sorcerer, yes.”
“I was going to say an idiot, but sure.”Revealing his magic to Arthur happens in the weirdest, stupidest way, but somehow the idiocy does not end there. He tells his king the truth, maybe minus a couple of details involving people close to him, and then lets the man deal with it in his own time. Merlin's aware he's a unique person, but to think he's that much of an idiot that everything he mentioned—destiny, dragons, coins and such—is a complete lie? Well, that's just insulting.
Or, the magic reveal fic where Arthur doesn't believe how powerful Merlin is because he thinks his servant is too stupid for it to be true.

Summary
Merlin really shouldn’t be surprised anymore.
Whenever his life starts looking like it might be taking a turn for the better, fate finds a way to send him spiralling in another direction with nothing to hold onto. It’s happened more times than Merlin can count, from having to leave Ealdor the first time to freeing Kilgharrah from Camelot’s underground cell. Magic and fate, it seems, are just unable to leave him alone.
So yeah, nothing should really surprise him anymore.
Although he doesn’t see a way anyone could have expected this.

Summary
When Arthur discovers Merlin’s magic, Merlin flees the city to live among the magical refugees hiding at the outskirts of Camelot. But when the magic folk make Merlin their leader, Uther declares war. Desperate to put an end to the violence once and for all, Merlin decides to force Arthur’s hand by surrendering himself in exchange for peace, by tying Arthur’s honour as a knight to the well-being of all magic users. Now, back in Camelot, it’s up to his friends to save Merlin’s life and up to Arthur to decide who he will be: an extension of his father or the king Camelot deserves.

Merlin can't seem to get a break, and now he has to figure out how he's going to be in two different places at once with Arthur watching his every move.

His life is a joke.

Summary
As all devote fans of Merlin should know, Gaius is a terrible liar and Merlin has been accused of being off in the tavern anytime he is missing. This can sometimes lead to the belief that the poor overworked servant had a major drinking problem and runs off to the taverns for days at a time. However this isn’t the case as Merlin can’t hold ale well at all and is usually off saving Arthur’s arse or being attacked by one of the many Pendragon’s enemies.
Merlin has gone as far as being bluntly honest with Arthur about being away dying and having his answer brushed away. Merlin used this to his advantage despite hating the tavern excuse but sometimes his injuries bleed more than expected due to working when he should be healing. Merlin is just as stubborn if not more than Arthur is after all. So when he is with Arthur directly after an incident, he is unaware of the blood that has seeped onto his favorite blue shirt.

Summary
If you asked Merlin last year, last month, or even last week if he’d be caught dead at an Arthur Pendragon concert, he would have laughed himself sick. He liked concerts and he liked live music, but Arthur Pendragon wasn’t music. He was celebrity worship, capitalism, and nepotism wrapped up in a charming, fake-chivalrous, sexy little package.
That pretty much made him public enemy number one in Merlin’s book.
-Or-
Merlin gets talked into attending an Arthur Pendragon concert, where he subsequently gets his mind (and other things) blown in Arthur’s dressing room.

Summary
Arlin Emrys Ambrosius pendragon is many things. Her grandpa Gaius likes to think of her as Devine retribution for all the things Merlin put him through. The one time she met her grandfather Uther he tried to kill her. She like to think it is because he was a murderous psychopath, but to be honest that's a stretch because he hadn't actually known she had magic at the time. Her dad's think she is a blessing from heaven but their standard for normality is a little skewed being Immortal kings of myth and legend and all. She also happens to be the only person in all of time and space capable of accidental time travel, to say her toddler years were unusual is the understatement of the millennia. And you just might find a few stories of those years in here but because of the immortality thing most of those stories include hundreds of years old men sprinting after her while yelling at an older version to fix it already. This is a compilation of her time travel mishaps.

Summary
Uther, King of Camelot and father to Arthur Pendragon, was in mortal peril.
This, in itself, was not news; Uther, by dint of a recalcitrant, bloodthirsty personality backed by military power and an unshakable belief in the Divine Right of Kings, had made a great deal of enemies in his day, and, in truth, made new ones almost daily.
But this time was different, in that it was entirely Arthur’s fault.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OrAfter Arthur accidentally puts his father's life in jeopardy, he must ride out of Camelot, with Merlin at his side, on a journey with no real end goal in sight
Summary
One morning, Merlin wakes to silence. The ley-lines are still. The druids are powerless. Creatures of the Old Religion begin to wither and die. Magic, once the heartbeat of Albion, is gone.
All of it, except for him. And as Camelot descends into confusion and fear, Merlin remains untouched. But that is the problem. Because Merlin was never just a sorcerer. He was never just a servant. He is the source. The cradle. The god who forgot he was divine.
Now the magic starves, and it feeds through him. As Gaius pleads for secrecy and Arthur demands answers, Merlin is left with an impossible choice: reveal the truth to the prince he loves—or let the world rot in silence.
And the longer he waits, the hungrier the magic becomes. The lonelier he becomes.
