Summary
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism” Bruce began to quote.
“Uh…Bruce?” Dick tried again. “Come on, we have to go.”
“It is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government and provide new Guards for their future security.” Bruce had turned to face Dick, reciting the last part from memory. “Do you know what that means?”
Dick crossed his arms, shifting his weight onto one foot. “I know you want to tell me what it means.” He echoed back.
“When something’s wrong, people who have the ability to take action, have the responsibility to take action.”
Dick straightened up, immediately alert. Bruce had said the same thing, almost to the word, the day he had adopted Dick.
He let out a long sigh before crossing back towards Bruce. “Look,” he started soothingly. “I know you probably feel obligated to stop this somehow. But we alerted every proper authority we could. It doesn’t feel like much but—”
“I’m gonna steal it.”
Dick choked off the end of his sentence. “What?”
“I’m going to steal the Declaration of Independence.”

Summary
Buck doesn’t listen. He takes a deep breath, grounding himself, and says, “It’s invisible.”
“Oh,” Eddie murmurs. “Right.”
“And that’s where we lost the Department of Homeland Security,” Hen mutters.
Eddie still hasn’t thrown them out of his office. “What led you to assume there’s this invisible map?”
“We found an engraving on the stem of a two hundred year old pipe,” Buck says without wincing.
“Owned by Freemasons,” Chim offers.
Eddie nods in consideration. “May I see the pipe?”
“We, uh, don’t have it.”
After letting out an amused noise, Eddie leans forward and asks, “Did gremlins take it? The Boogeyman?”
Buck shakes his head.
And then, devastatingly, handsomely, Eddie whispers, “Santa Muerte?”

Summary
To Riley, this was no puzzle.
These were the consequences of his past heat. It was as simple as inputting a code, knowing what the result would be after letting the program run—this time without the spontaneous results from a wayward letter or the lack of a semicolon. Weirdly enough, even with that in mind, Riley was not satisfied with the answer. So he begged Abigail to accompany him to the doctor’s appointment to have some sort of alibi, because if Ben even found out something out of the ordinary, he would not give up until he deciphered the secret that Riley was keeping from him.And the secret had been kept for three months.

Summary
Movie night in Wayne Manor is a common occurance. Normally, the movies range from cute animated films to live action thrillers, but on one particular occasion, National Treasure was the movie of choice. And showing National Treasure to a bunch of highly trained vigilantes with very little impulse control, extreme capabilities, and no collective braincells who are prone to boredom, is, of course, a mistake.
Or, how the batkids became international criminals, committed multiple counts of treason, discovered the existence of a couple of cults, took over an entire country, kidnapped a very important government official, were hunted down by both the Justice League and Interpol, fought cthulhu monsters, made Talia al Ghul laugh, and nearly gave Bruce an aneurysm. Not necessarily in that order.
All because they wanted to prove National Treasure wrong.
