La clase 1-A, se transfiere a una escuela en especial, una donde no solo no ahí algún quirk, si no que también solo ahí un solo héroe, el cual declaro que esa ciudad le pertenece, y que no eran bienvenidos, los héroes, hace 200 años atras, cuando aun el megocio del héroe era nuevo.
El Ninja, el único héroe de Norrisvile, y amado protector de dicha ciudad. Ah, y también, un vigilante, alguien que no solo tienen que perseguir, si no capturar.
Randy Cunningham, solo quería jugar algunos videojuegos, y con suerte, poder ir al poso de juegos, sin embargo, lo que el no quería ni deseaba, era enseñarles varias lecciones a algunos estudiantes a héroes. lidiar con múltiples villanos, y retener a Nomicom para evitar que asesinara a los maestros de esa clase y que le diera una lección breve de privacidad a todos esos niños entrometidos.
