Summary
Mumbo has been missing since the end of Season 8. When Season 10 began, Grian had begun to lose hope of ever finding Mumbo again. Even his Watcher powers couldn't find the man. Until the day a message appeared in chat, and a supposedly secret worldeater spawned into the world.
Mumbo has no memory of who he is, except that he is a worldeater, and he is supposed to destroy the server he spawned into. Worldeaters, the natural enemies of the Watchers who protect servers, had no purpose except to take nurtured and loved worlds, and destroy them. He is determined to keep everyone from finding out what he was and why he was on the server. The only problem was that everyone already knew, and they didn't let Mumbo in on the fact.
Grian doesn't know how to explain his past to Mumbo. Sure, he was a Watcher, and Mumbo was a worldeater, but they had been engaged before he'd disappeared. And now, Mumbo had no idea. Can he rekindle his relationship with the man? Or will the server be destroyed before Grian can save it and the players he loves? -

But Ava has always been adventurous, so she convinces Beatrice to go and visit the house to see whether they can open a B&B there. Unbeknownst to them, the estate is home to several ghosts, among them Ava's ancestor, Lilith Villaumbrosia. The ghosts do not want a hotel in their home, so they try to haunt Ava and Beatrice to get them to leave. Unfortunately, it goes wrong and Ava falls down the stairs, hitting her head badly. She is clinically dead for a minute and after she gets better, she finds that she can see ghosts.

But as with every plan Astarion had come up in his unlife so far, it contains one step only. So what if this gremlin vampire cat actually is forced to face and deal with the consequences of his bite-y actions? Chaos and hilarity ensues, of course.
Or, tfw Astarion has slurped up the only person in camp willing to help him in spite of his vampie... everything, and now has to find a way to bring Inara back. Ideally before the others in camp wake up and bring out the stakes and torches.
A character-focused, introspective version of Bite Night and its events beyond with its serial numbers filed off, because canon is just a guideline anyway, and thus goes way beyond the mere scene. Because perhaps in between the hunger, flailing, misconceptions and bickering a first understanding between Inara and Astarion can be gained. One that actually transcended lifetimes.

“I deserve to be myself,” Verso says, and it sounds like a plea more than anything else. The skin around his left eye aches, as if it’s waiting for his scar’s return.
Maelle sighs before she sweeps her hand through the air, calling for her rapier. It appears in a flutter of gold petals, glimmering in the dim light of the bathroom. Her eyes are cast in shadow and her disappointed smile is somewhat crooked. "Alright. Let's try again."

There was a deep sigh, or rather the sensation of one. It wasn’t really clear where or how it started, but there must have been one for everyone present to understand the reality of something doing the sighing. And when that fourth not-voice spoke, it was entirely directed at the figure dripping blood onto the proverbial (and very literal) carpet.

The figure scowled. Swiping a hand over his face to remove the worst of the blood, he straightened up.
