Summary
She tells them that her quirk is creating objects from her body fat, and let's them think that's the limit of what she can do. It's not.
The truth is that Yaoyorozu Momo shouldn't exist. Her abilities are something that cannot be quantified, cannot be explained, she wields the kind of raw power that could topple empires.
For every piece of herself she gives up, she can make something of equal value. Her power operates on a theoretical level where her creativity is the only limit, if she can wrap her mind around a concept as something that can be created then Yaoyorozu can create it. As long as she's willing to pay an equally fantastical price.
A piece of her liver for a poisonous beetle, a sliver of her heart for hope in it's purest form, minutes shaved off her life expectancy for a second chance that rewinds time. Nothing is safe from her reach, and that is why Momo shies away from using her quirk to it's fullest extent. But she is a hero at heart, soft enough that she can't back down if she can help someone else and pragmatic enough to succeed if she's willing to make sacrifices to fuel her power.
This changes both everything, and nothing at all.
