Gullimore has been held hostage by these damn vampires for the last 10 years. He hates to admit they've grown on him but that doesn't mean he isn't going to take every chance he gets to try and run away.
Of course Nandor and the others would sooner chew off their own arms then let their adorable Gizmo get away.
This is really just the first episode with this premise and maybe some bonus chapters for other episodes or scenes in particular that could be fun/funny.
Side note: This is more intended as humor with dark undertones then pure depression and trauma.

Nandor wouldn’t be able to feed on this cute little man anymore, not with his puffy curls, big dark eyes, and his general audacity to not die. As a successful warrior himself, Nandor could respect that, and besides… a position as his familiar just opened up (after an unfortunate and fatal tote bag-making incident). Perhaps a familiar with a greater desire for staying alive would prove useful to the vampire. Maybe then I wouldn’t be dealing with any of this hunting bullshit.

“I’m not –” Guillermo looked down and realized he was holding a broken piece of wood against Derek’s chest. Fucking slayer instincts.
He dropped the makeshift stake and took a step back, trying to cool down even as everything fell apart around him.
“Sorry.”
“It’s all good.” Derek said, his voice cracking while he smoothed out imaginary wrinkles in his shirt with shaking hands.
“I’ll, uh, leave you guys to it then.” He took off and slammed the door behind him before Guillermo could even blink.

Summary
Who could blame Guillermo for wanting to leave? All those years of waiting, pining, hoping Nandor would see him and perceive his feelings. Guillermo had spent far too long putting up with the vampire, so it wasn't surprising he wanted to move on. Freddie happened to be the one who understood him and made him happy. Of course, Nandor wasn't about to give up his familiar-slash-bodyguard (maybe something else too) that easily.
This time, however, there was no convincing Guillermo to stay anymore. Losing him breaks Nandor in ways he never expected. He only has one wish left with the Djinn. He could wish for Guillermo back, but that would come with consequences.
Unable to handle the heartache, he uses the last wish in the only way he knows to take the pain away.
Erase his memories of Guillermo.

Nandor’s eyes searched his intently, leaving Guillermo unsettled. He felt as if the vampire were staring into the very depths of his soul. Physical contact between the two of them was nothing new. After all, Guillermo frequently dressed his master. However, this...this was different.
A soft gasp of pain escaped him as Nandor’s fingers tightened further to the point of bruising him through his shirt and sweater vest. Guillermo wasn’t sure if it was the sound or something else, but a sudden, unfamiliar hunger entered Nandor’s eyes.
“Mast--”
He didn’t get the full word out before Nandor’s lips crashed down on his own.
