Where the heroes are villains and the villains are heroes, but AFO remain an asshole.
A few characters will keep their roles (like endevour, kuroghiri and toga) and some will later switch sides since the story doesn't follow the canon in the slightest, but the main cast is the opposite of the original one.OR:
Deku changes views after a traumatic incident and rapidly climb the ranks of the villain organizations, becoming one of the most feared serial killer in Japan.
But he's lonely and tired of being the only teen in the group so, when he is informed of a project to teach future villains, he immediately joins them even if he's already way beyond their level.
