My best friend and I role-played this idea because we both love Outlander, (Outlander is an amazing show). I wrote this so I can take a break from my other fanfic, and since spooky month is coming up why not have dress up Hanzo in Victorian gowns (I'm a huge sucker for gowns like that). Plus young Hanzo does look like a girl sometimes lol. And also! Hanzo has both parts of male and female because biology who?

Years ago when I was a huge Overwatch fan I started to write a series of stories, mostly McHanzo because that was my favorite ship. I worked on them on and off over 6 or 7 years and then I fell out of love with Overwatch, so I never posted any.
Some are short, some are long, some are unfinished.
I have decided to dust them off and post them all here as chapters instead of individual posts, I am hoping this will motivate me to finish the last ones.
I plan to post 1 story a week starting with McHanzo but every other fic will be a different ship and I will update the tags to fit.
(note: I will be keeping the name Jesse McCree because I do not want to spend my time looking through 40,000 + words to find each time it's typed and change it, the mere thought gives me a headache. If you don't want to read the stories because of the wrong name use I understand.) -

Summary
With the Second Omnic invasion that has shaken the planet, something unexpected happened.
Null Sector, who has happened to be responsible for the many events that have taken place, was mysteriously replaced by a group calling themselves The Eye.
The Eye, however, not only continued Null Sector's rampant destruction on both mankind and omnickind, but has also taken down multiple organizations, gangs, businesses, and terror groups who have any means that would clash with their ideals.
This resulted in a group of unlikely heroes, made up of former Overwatch agents, scientists, junkers, gang members, omnics, and even ex-terrorist agents.
These mixtures of heroes would end up being bunched together for the common goal of bringing an end to The Eye's reign.
Help would come though.
But through an unexpected way.

Reader (y/n) was working on Overwatch during the tail end of it's Golden Age but after the 'Venice Incident' and the Petras Act they were put out of commission and blacklisted for 'conspiracy'. Now Reader has to start from square one and build their life back up again but very few employers will take in someone with your *ehem* history. Luckily for you though there are others watching from the shadows who could use your particular sets of skills.
This story follows the Overwatch Cinematics and begins around the time of Storm Rising, references and notes to previous events will appear and I'll try to make it easy to follow and connect the dots, apologies in advance for any confusion.
Also, like my other stories I've written this based on how I imagine the reader (thus it being tagged as femxfem) but I encourage and hope this won't deter any non-binary or male readers from enjoying this as well. The world of Overwatch is diverse, one reason why I enjoy it so much, but writing it this way makes it a lot easier for me
