you are wrongly accused of the murder of your best friend, lisa, and are sent to a mental institution upstate after your lawyers force you to plead for insanity. at first glance, the staff provides a safe and welcoming and familial-like space for their patients, putting their mental health and safety above all else. but after closer inspection, the staff only looks out for themselves - and often abuses the power they hold above their patients. befriending a weird bunch of sadistic creeps only serves to further confuse you when your only goal is to clear your name and, hopefully, escape the hell you've been subjected to.

You got a little apartment not too far from your college, and although people had bad things to say about it, you didn't care, it was affordable. You didn't expect to have many friends or talk to a lot of people since you moved, however this guy in one of your classes caught your eye. He had dirty blond hair, a little bit of a Southern accent, and when he smiled you saw a gap in his front teeth. You wanted to talk to him but didn't know how. After a few weeks of living in the new town, you felt weird, yeah your apartment complex was a little bit out in the countryside, but you didn't expect to get an off feeling so soon into moving here. You start getting paranoid and look around your house, after finding nothing you move to the windows. You almost fall back when you saw that.. thing. It was inhumanly tall, pale as paper, and the worst part... It had no face... What the fuck was going on!

The idea for this fic was originally a massive inside joke surrounding the concept of “what if Slenderman got scouted as a model and actually went along with it?” And it blossomed into this mess of words before you.
